Our experience started off rocky. The check-in process was disorganized, and it took time to get answers about our all-inclusive package. The lack of nearby dining options was frustrating. we felt stranded without restaurants close by.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and recently renovated, close to a lovely pool. The all-inclusive dining options were impressive, especially our favorite restaurants.

The air conditioning presented issues, needing multiple maintenance visits, and limited activities left us wanting more engagement.

The beach access was perfect, and the tiki bar served fantastic drinks. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and nearby restaurants were a treat, although getting a sun lounger could be a challenge in the mornings. The pools were lovely but crowded at times.

Everyone was so nice! Hector, the shuttle driver, was outstanding, so we asked for him multiple times.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

It was just a good pick for a holiday in Palm Beach with great value for the money. The beach was just steps away from our unit, making it super convenient for daily swims. Try to arrive early to get a good spot by the pool.
